If you do not want to be on a mailing list, you can unsubscribe at any moment.

If you no longer wish to receive our Newsletters, you can unsubscribe via the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the message.

If you have a MyDeVuyst account and you wish to unsubscribe from e-mail alerts, your settings can be changed at the “Interests”-section of MyDeVuyst.

You can always choose to delete all your data in My Devuyst.

Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp to send our newsletters. Mailchimp is an online platform for easy and automated newsletter-mailings.

Mailchimp has its own privacy policy which you can read here, and uses your data for marketing purposes. By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to the privacy policy of Mailchimp.

If you do not agree with the privacy policy of Mailchimp, please do not subscribe to our newsletter. If you want to delete the data that Mailchimp has from you, you can contact Mailchimp (see the 'Access' block on this page).

We register your bank details, identification documents and other transaction details (such as your name, address). We collect these data in order to register your identity and the validity of your bid or purchase.

How long do we store your information for this purpose?

Your personal data is stored for an unlimited period because we must keep the data in order to fulfill a legal obligation. At your request, your data can be deleted. If your bid is not retained, we will store the bid in your bidding history until the next auction. You can view your bids under 'history' when you log in to your MyDevuyst.


3. Which third parties have access to your information?

Certain personal data are made available to our web administrator who cooperates with us to provide our services. To the extent that this third party manages your information, it does so in accordance with our instructions, and we take the necessary measures to ensure that your data are only used for the purposes described above.
